Shipping Costs
Our shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and destination:
- Orders over €150: Free shipping
- Standard shipping: €15.99 (for most European countries)
- Additional charges may apply for remote areas
Customs Duties and Taxes
All orders shipped to European countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs. DHL typically pays these fees on your behalf and will invoice you for the amount due. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package status on the DHL website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with DHL to investigate and resolve the issue. Please note:
- Accurate address information must be provided at the time of ordering
- Claims must be filed within 30 days of shipment
- Documentation may be required to assist with the investigation
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, failed recipient contact, or unpaid customs fees, DHL will attempt to contact the recipient. If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will refund the order minus actual shipping costs incurred.
